Tomato harvesting and processing season started in Agrofusion. Traditionally, the season was opened on the Southern plant. Northern and Eastern plants are scheduled to be launched within a week and full capacity is expected to be phased out.

Adverse weather conditions caused the delay of the start of the season by a week. Currently, the weather has normalized and expedites the fruit maturation. Tomatoes are good quality with nice consistency and colour.

The season will last till the beginning of October. Estimated processing volume – 740 000 mT of tomatoes.
